Seriesvice Difficulty Report, 24-Feb-1986. On a training flight the front baggage door tore away from hinge point. Followed by an emergency landing a Dorado airport, San Juan. Probable cause door was not locked properly and door unlock warning system was not working. Caused damage to right propeller and right side of fuselage. Maintenance replaced right propeller, repaired broken wire in front door warning system, and repaired right side of fuselage with a plug patch and a surface patch..
