• HK-2762X Delivered to ACES-Aerolineas Centrales de Colombia, Bogota, Colombia, 25-Nov-1981.

Remained at Downsview, ON & noted 19-Dec-1981, 09-Jan-1982, 05-Apr-1982 & departed 05-May-1982 to Colombia

Incident: Damaged at unknown location, 23-Mar-1990. Wreckage was transported to Springbank, AB and was noted there 02-Jun-1991 under rebuild by Rocky Mountain Aircraft.

Incident Finger Lake runway (70 m.n. ouest de Kuujjuaq), QC 01-Aug-1995. The pilot landed short on the makeshift gravel runway at Finger Lake. The aircraft bounced on initial contact. He landed again rolled a short distance before the nose gave way. The nosewheel separated from the fuselage and the aircraft slid 450 feet before stopping. No injuries. Minor damage.

Incident. Tasiujaq, QC. 20-May-1997.Upon landing on runway 24, the Twin Otter cartwheeled after landing on its nosewheel. The pilot was not able to maintain directional control of the aircraft which stopped on the left side at mid-runway. The gravel runway is 3,150 feet long by 100 feet wide. According to the pilot, the winds were 050 at 10 kts. The left propeller was slightly damaged as well as the rudder bands and left flap. A ground inspection did not reveal any problems with the control system of the nosewheel.
