Incident Mulia, Punkak Jaya, PNG. 08-Apr-2012. After landing at Mulia Airport (WAJM), the aircraft was hit by gunfire from the surrounding hills. Both Pilots were injured, as well as a female passenger and a four year old boy. One passenger was killed. After the attack the injured pilots lost control of the aircraft and it collided with an airport building.Repaired and returned to service.
