• FAC-940 de Havilland Canada Inc., Downsview, ON. Rolled out 16-Dec-1966. First flight 19-Dec-1966.

• FAC-940 Chilean Air Force / Fuerza Aérea de Chile. Grupo de Aviacion 5. Puerto Montt / BA. El Tepual.  Delivered 26-Jan-1967.

Note: 25-Jun-2015. Arrived at Ikhana in Murrieta, CA inside of a Lockheed Hercules, 990 of the Chilean Air Force. Since arrival it has been extensively upgraded by Ikhana to include installation of PT6A-27 engines, with Hartzell HC-B3TN-3D propellers, updated avionics, long nose and structural repairs.
